I cannot start to type eg. "s", "o", to make it jump to
"someuser at someserver.com" but only the group headers are respected in
type-search, eg. typing "K" makes it jump to the Kai Uwe account header. But
inside the contacts I cannot type-search.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. With KTP contact list having focus, start typing the first characters of an
account listed there
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
It does nothing, at best, it jumps to one of the account headers, if it happens
to match your typing

Expected Results:  
It jumps to the first contact whose name starts with the typed characters, like
in a file manager.
