Steps to implement:

1/ Load the ktelepathy config
2/ Get the stored list (see the globalpresencechooser.cpp in contact list for
help)
3/ Add them to the menu of the plasmoid (which is in
ktp-desktop-applets/presence)
4/ ???
5/ Profit
