I got an error message "org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Error.NotImplemented: Not
implemented" each time while i will start chat with Office Communicator (MS
Lync) contacts. Chat with other accounts is working properly. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create a office communicator account
2. connect to office communicator
3. double click on OC user
Actual Results:  
you got an error "org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Error.NotImplemented: Not
implemented"

Expected Results:  
it should open a chat window
