Open Automatically Patch

Proposed patch to automatically open new chats. 
(you may need to restart mission-control-5 after applying, I seemed to need to)

It does not have any "start minimised" code in there.

I'd like some devs to try this for a few weeks and reply back with comments
after some real world usage.
