I think that autoconnect should be enabled by default. I know that there is a
concern about privacy which I share, but answer to this question:

How many times do you connect your PC and you don't want to be auto connected?
In my case, connecting Ktp is the first thing I do.

Also, we should lose the tri-state checkbox.
