Thanks Mohammad for the effort, appreciated :) 

Here's a written summary - if the kwallet system is disabled, the gtalk edit
account dialog has no widgets for some reason, closing that crashes accounts
kcm. Enabling kwallet back and running the "Edit Account" action again asks for
kwallet password first and then shows the editing dialog properly, no crashing
afterwards.
