Thanks for the report. That's not actually deliberate, I'm not sure why it's
disabled.

However, I have no intention of trying to change this. As a developer voting
provides absolutely nothing useful to me at all, at best it just provides a
false illusion to users.

If a bug in KTp is marked as NEW we are going to implement it when we have the
time to implement it. We don't need other users to tell us.
