I originally tried to report it to the telepathy-kde group on Launchpad, but
found not report-bug button, hence I reported it against telepathy on KDE.
Should I have reported it on Launchpad to the Ubuntu group instead?

Thanks for your reply. Is it possible to add it to the Suggested: or
Recommended: DEB fields? Or are these "dependencies" still too strong?
