I haven't system notification when a contact gone online. I've disabled this
function (for mistake) or was dropped from new telepathy-kde? I don't find
anything relatet to "contact gone online" in
Systemsettings->SystemNotification->instant messaging

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. telepathy-kde is logged in some accounts
2. a contact gone online
Actual Results:  
No system notification

Expected Results:  
System notification with name and avatar image of the contact that gone online
