For future: I'd rather you made a new bug rather than reassigning, then mark
the original as blocked.

By reassigning, someone searching for Amarok slow startup time will not be able
to find this. 
Also our bug is that we make a synchronous dbus call, we can fix and close
that, but it's not our  place to say that the bug in Amarok is fixed.
