            Bug ID: 310504
          Severity: normal
           Version: git-latest
          Priority: NOR
          Assignee: kde-telepathy-bugs at kde.org
Summary: rakia accounts are never considered to be online
    Classification: Unclassified
                OS: Linux
          Reporter: kiagiadakis.george at gmail.com
          Hardware: Other
            Status: NEW
         Component: common-internals
           Product: telepathy

tp-rakia does not implement the Conn.I.SimplePresence interface and therefore
the presence of a rakia account is always unset. This has always been causing
minor trouble, but it seems that some recent change in the presence-related
code has triggered weird behavior. The rakia accounts in the account manager,
as soon as they go online, their status disappears from the right and the
systray icon keeps spinning forever.

What the code should be doing is, check if the presence is unset and if it is,
use the Connection status to determine the presence.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add a SIP account
2. Go online
