[Bug 309924] find a milder sound for "capability not available" messages, the sound is harsh and annoying

there are 2 issues here, the frequent pop up errors and the 2nd is the really
horrible audible error sound. I will definitely try to run the debugger for
error issue, but the sound it way to harsh and would probably drive people to
disable it.
