There is already code in git master (that will be KTp 0.6) that adds options to
clear history of all conversations in specific account and to clear history of
all conversations with a specific contact.

There is no concept of "conversation" in the logger - only a loooong list of
messages that we can filter by contacts and/or date. 

Possibility not to record conversations requires support in Telepathy Logger -
I have submitted patches for that some time ago, but the upstream review is
somehow stalled (thanks for reminding me that though, almost forgot to poke
them). If we manage to get the patch to upstream soon, there will be support
for not-logging conversations in 0.6. 

I'll close this as a duplicate of the original bug about clearing history. I'll
create a new bug regarding not-logging conversations (I thought there was one
already...weird) and CC you there.
