When chatting via ICQ using KDE Telepathy, often some messages arrive with a
very long delay (sometimes up to an hour). I noticed that when my chat partner
suddenly answered to a message I sent her an hour ago, while we had continued
chatting since then. It does not seem to happen with received messages, though.
This does not happen with Kopete (with the normal ICQ protocol handler).

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open an ICQ chat window
2. Send some messages

Actual Results:  
Some sent messages arrive with a long delay.

Expected Results:  
Messages arrive instantly
