Every time I log in it asks me to approve the Facebook and Google certificates.
Every time I click "remember" and every time it asks me again. Interestingly,
the popup that asks me about that does not appear to be QT- it appears to be
GTK

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. mark self online
2. cert dialog box comes up
3. click remember and click ok
4. Restart and the same thing happens
Actual Results:  
It doesn't remember that I said to remember the certs

Expected Results:  
It should remember that I said to remember the certs
