When a gmail user calls ktp user there is one single audible ring but then the
audio dies even though the call notification goes on and is visible. The call
cannot be completed though.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.ask a gmail user to call 
2.there will be a single ring but notification will show that the call is still
available to pick 
3.pick the call
4. no connection
