You should pass --literal as the first argument to qdbus, i.e. right after
"qdbus":

qdbus --literal org.freedesktop.Telepathy.ConnectionManager.haze
/org/freedesktop/Telepathy/ConnectionManager/haze
org.freedesktop.Telepathy.ConnectionManager.GetParameters
bigbrownchunx-skype-dbus
