AFAIK skype through telepathy and libpurple has no configuration options.

Tasks:
 - not show the advanced button, when there are no advanced options
 - copy and paste the text from Kopete to explain how to use it, and possibly
steal the button to launch skype.
 - check it works (assigning to Martin)
