Empathy works just fine.

Also my talkmates say that their IM client says that I'm typing a message for
about a minute before sending. I mean my messages are transfered very slowly to
my talkmates.

And actually the message log is synchronous on my and their side. This
(probably) means that telepathy is suffering of slow message posting via ICQ
and XMPP.

BTW, the bug appears more often when my talkmate uses pidgin IM.
