If i want to move a user from one group to other using mouse drag and the
destination group is not visible in the contact list (because of a long contact
list), the list does not scroll to aid the movement

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.click and drag a user from one group
2.try to find a destination group which is not visible (make your contact list
window small so that you have to scroll
3.you will be stuck
