It's not a duplicate KSNI.

What happens is our approver runs, and when a message is received shows an item
in the tray.

KSNI also acts as a telepathy approver and shows an item in the tray, thanks to
the shared telepathy plugin that's written for empathy.

Both items are working fine.. and that's the problem.
