KDE IM asks for approval of certificate every time I start it, even if I mark
option "remember choice for next connections.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start KDE IM
2. Approve connection (google, facebook certificates)
3. restart KDE IM
Actual Results:  
KDE IM asks for approval of certificate every time I start it, even if I mark
option "remember choice for next connections.

Expected Results:  
It should remember my choice.

If my connection is disabled (wifi), it says twice (!) that it could not
connect. Well, this is strange, I have no enabled internet connection and it
could not connect... :)
