When I click on audio or video call button ib telepathy contacts ui, I have
this kde notifications:

org.freedesktop.Telepathy.Error.NotAvailable: handler no longer available.
Issue present on both jabber an gtalk contacts. I've already used this
features, so I think is a recent problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. start an audio or video call
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
No call start

Expected Results:  
Call selected contact
