Huh, I checked .kde/share/config/plasma-desktop-appletsrc and there were these
two lines in systray configuration and both contained "KDE Daemon" entry. When
I manually remove it from second line, it works.

alwaysShown=notifier,KDE
Daemon,krb5-auth-dialog,Konversation,org.kde.networkmanagement,notifications,KMix
hidden=Nepomuk Controller,KDE Wallet Manager,KDE Daemon,KOrganizer Reminder
Daemon,Klipper,Printer Applet

So it might be bug in systray applet configuration.
