I have the quick chat plasmoid in the panel and once many people message me I
am not able to respond to the messages and icons become inelegant, the
notification becomes too flooded and pressing on view or respond does not open
up the messaging window

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.add quick chat plasmoid to the panel
2.ask multiple people on the contact list to message
3.experience the mayhem!
