This becomes non-trivial as you can select contacts from different accounts.
With the current limited system, you can't select contacts from a different
account, and as such it will always work (or should).

If we implemented this we would end up with something that works sometimes but
not others and I don't really like that.

I'm relegating it to "unconfirmed" until we have a plan. Can anyone think of a
good solution?
