Ctrl+Q hotkey should close the window, but it's not working in ktp-contactlist.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open telepathy contact list
2. Press Ctrl+Q
Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Contact list window should close
