[Bug 297772] Auto-Away will login automatically to set away status despite being offline with all accounts

Recent changes have caused Auto-Away to behave more strangely. Depending on my
location, I could be online with Telepathy or offline. While being offline, I
expect that the Auto-away doesn't do anything. However the current behavior is
that once the Away period has passed, Auto-away logs into all enabled accounts
to set the status to Away. 

Currently the only way to avoid this is to disable the auto-away.
