Simon Project on KDE's Phabricator

Hi,

we now have a Simon project page on Phabricator:

https://phabricator.kde.org/project/profile/213/

On the 'Members' page, you can join or watch the project, but all 
project related mails should already appear on the kde-speech mailing list.

I also added an empty 'Workboard', where we can track open tasks that 
are not suitable in bugs.kde.org
