simon any working base models?

Hi,

so now I have a working sphinx basemodel but adaption does not work.
How is this supposed to work anyway? simon is calling "sphinxtrain run" but 
this seems to try to build a completely new model and does not adapt the base 
model. And for adapting you would need the .dic and .lm.dmp file as well 
according to [1]. But those files are not in the sbm container.

Does adapting of sphinx models work at all in simon?
