Simon Add-On Installer does not contain any Simon add-ons

I tested again, and there are now some Simon add-ons in the Add-on
Installer. Certainly downloading Scenarios worked absolutely fine. Base
Models seemed just as hard to find, and required some search box work, then
the base model (EN) that I downloaded didn't seem to work, although this
might have been user error so I will have a better look again soon.
