Simon having trouble with Julius

Did one more training and it did do "compiling model" and stuff, but the
same error still persists, and the tiedlist file is still absent.

STAT: include config: /tmp/kde-shantanu//simond/default/julius/julius.jconf
ERROR: m_chkparam: cannot access
/tmp/kde-shantanu//simond/default/julius/tiedlist
ERROR: m_chkparam: could not pass parameter check

And you are right, disabling the adapt option makes the error go away.
