[kde-solaris] Solaris 10 support & KDE 4.6.2

Most discussion of KDE4 on Solaris happens over at kde-
discuss at opensolaris.org, so this list may have missed that work on KDE4 on 
Solaris 10 has been picked up again (the specfile repo is always readable, drop 
me a note if you want to write to it) and we may even end up with SVR4 
packages again within reasonable time.

Solaris 8 and 9 are EOL and basically out of scope for KDE now.
