[kde-solaris] new requierement for kdelibs: raptor and redland available on Windows ?

Hi,

since last week for doing a full build of kdelibs and other modules (kdepim 
and more) a full nepomuk has to be built.
This requires that strigi is built with redland and raptor

Is this available on Windows/FreeBSD/Solaris ?
