[kde-solaris] file chooser crash from unicode functions in QT

Stefan,

Is there any specific reason for setting these
variables? What do they exactly do?

My issue was fixed with setting of
KURLCOMPLETION_LOCAL_KIO variable. Is there an
explanation?

I didn't bother to set the PRELINKED part.
