[kde-solaris] gfb: cannot start kde 3.3.1 on solaris sparc 8

helllo friends!

I am trying to run kde 3.3.1 on solaris sparc 8 but it is not happy with my 
version of libSM.so.6.
The version installed is the standard version shipped with Solaris 8.
Is there another version I can find and install in order to allow this to 
work?
Is there a workaround for this?
