[kde-solaris] Missing function, PM_MenuBarItemSpacing

I've built 3.2 against QT3.3, and while it looks ok on Sol8 (no XRENDER),
there seem to be bugs in the font rendering (menus get dark when popped
up, grainy text on the root window, etc). Anyone else run into this?
