[kde-solaris] Failed to accept ICE connection

This one was 775, no sticky bit. I've corrected that.

Filesystem            kbytes    used   avail capacity  Mounted on
swap                 5049168  173448 4875720     4%    /tmp

Should be ok, with swap=5*RAM.


I'll see if it happens again, or rather not happens again, with the
corrected permissions.
