[kde-solaris] KDE 3.1.3 Solaris -- libsunmath

I always seem to forget libsunmath ... :-( i did the same thing the 
last time too ...

I uploaded the library in REQUIRED. Sun allows this library to be 
freely distributed with third party software. The package name is 
SUNWkderuntime-313.
