[kde-solaris] kdenetwork 3.1

Hello,

Sorry if this has already been asked, but I've had a quick rummage through
the archives, and can't find any reference. I'm trying to get kde 3.1 up &
running on Solaris 5.7, and have installed and compiled arts, lib and base
with no problem. However, when trying to untar network I get the following:

2 eeyore .../package > tar xf kdenetwork-3.1.tar 
tar: directory checksum error

I downloaded the source network from ftp.kde.org this morning, so I'm
assuming it's the up to date version. Has anyone else come across this?
