[kde-solaris] install arts

Hi!

I haven't had the chance to play with QT 3.2 yet. I have read on 
kde-devel and kde-core-devel that there are some compatibility 
problems with KDE 3.1.x.

Maybe you could ask kde-devel, there are several people there who have 
already built KDE 3.1.2 with QT 3.2 and they will be able to tell you 
much more.
