[kde-solaris] Printing problems

When I print from kwrite and kate both crash. Printing from kedit works. I
noticed that kwrite and kate have more advanced printer settings than kedit,
so perhaps that is where the problem is. Anyone else run into this? No cups
here and we're using the lpd print engine. Kde 3.1.1, qt 3.1.2, compiled
with gcc 3.2.1 and gnu ld/as. Thanks!
