[kde-solaris] seting kde as default environment

To make KDE a pickable choice from the Desktop Menu, you need to create 4 files:

/usr/dt/config/<local>/Xresources.d/Xresources.kde
/usr/dt/config/Xinitrc.kde
/usr/dt/config/Xsession.kde
/usr/dt/config/Xsession.kde2

You can use the .ow files in the respective directories as a template.
