Gsoc Proposal Review Query

Hi,

ideally you should ask for a review to the corresponding team (either
in the respective matrix or mailing list) of the draft so anyone in
the list can add theirs comments (it can be mentors but also other
developers that don't plan on mentoring but still have interesting
knowledge to share in the proposal). Then, it will be up to people to
decide if they want to review or not, but at least they are aware of
your plans.
