Idea to creating

Hi Wodsfort and Saikat,

this list is about Google Summer of Code and Season of KDE. It is not
about discussing about ideas of projects outside of these events. If
you want to propose ideas, please take a look to the existing projects
and see if it can fit inside instead of creating a new one from
scratch like Yurii mentioned.
Note that you can develop on KDE without having a mentor. Start
working on a project you have found an issue that is bothering you and
you want to fix, or a project you have an affinity with, discuss in
the correct mailing list/matrix room with the developers about your
idea, if it fits the project or how it can be done to intregrate well
in the project, make the change, create the merge request and then
you'll receive feedback.
