[GSoC] Proposals deadline on April 4th

Dear contributors,

a kind reminder to remind you to submit your application before April 4th
on the Google website. To be sure, don't wait the last minute/day as there
will be no exceptions if you are late.

To increase your chances of being selected, you need to discuss as soon as
possible the proposal with the team you want to integrate and get reviews.
Make sure you integrate testing time (unit tests and if not possible manual
testing), reviews time from mentors and time to take in account the
different remarks.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask here.
