[SoK] Applications deadline date is the 15th

Hi,

a kind reminder for potential contributors and mentors.

For contributors, if you want your idea to have a chance to get selected,
you need to apply to the https://season.kde.org/ and create a project.

For mentors, if you haven't yet, you need to fill a mentor application in
the same website. Once you have been approved as mentor, you will be able
to select a project to mentor.

The selected projects will be announced on January 22nd and the start of
work will be on the 24th.
