Unable to register at KDE Matrix

Hi Khalid Masum,

registration to webchat.kde.org has been discontinued because of 
problems with spam.

However, you can follow the procedure described here to open an account 
on another server:

   https://community.kde.org/Matrix#Registering_and_Logging_in

In short: register at https://app.element.io/#/register or another 
public homeserver and then join you can join KDE channels!
