Want to join KDE discussion room!!!

hi,
I am interested in participating in SOK and for that I want to join the
#kde-soc. So, I could discuss the ideas and ask my doubts there and
conversation mentors. KDE has stopped the registration to join the
discussion room. So, how could a beginner can join?
