[GSoC Mentors] time to wrap up GSoC 2023

Hello GSoC *mentors*,

your mentees will finish GSoC 2023 this Monday 28 Aug 18:00 UTC, and now 
it is your turn to wrap everything up :)

Deadline for *mentors* is next week from Monday 28 Aug until Monday 4 
Sep 18:00 UTC.

You will need to complete the final evaluation on Google's website:

     https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/

As we also request to mentees, please do not wait until the last minute, 
finish what you have to do by Sunday 3 September!

The two exceptions to this deadline are the projects which requested an 
extension (DigiKam, Okular).

A big thank you for guiding mentees during the GSoC period and helping 
them make the projects a success!
